The CAP Peer-to-Peer Mentorship Program is for CAP students to find support from other students as they navigate their academic journeys. Upper-class and graduate students may sign up as mentors. Any student may sign up to be a mentee and learn from those ahead of them in their education.

Mentor

Mentors are upperclass or graduate students in CAP who want to guide and advise students earlier in their careers (mentees). A mentor's role is to inspire, encourage, and support their mentees. This program is focused on academic support and overall well-being.

Mentee

Mentees are CAP students who want guidance and advice along their academic path. Mentees can expect to be encouraged to try new things, practice new skills, and gain confidence. This program is focused on academic support and overall well-being.
